poor pepe the chihuahua. he, like most child actors, fell into fame early. his parents took his money and invested in some resort property in florida. unfortunately, the property turned out to be a swamp. they ended up loosing everything poor pepe had. pepe then turned to doggie porn in order to cover the bills. he was a sensation for a while, staring in "doin it doggie style", "leg humpers I and II". he discovered crack cocaine in the process, trying to run from the humiliation of it all. the last poor pepe was seen was wandering the streets of l.a., selling his body for crack. poor pepe.
taco bell got sued or something like that because it was offensive towards mexicans
i heard that they ran out of chicken one day so they use it as a meal.
He's living with me now. HA HA
Guess Taco Bell doesn't need him anymore. Hope he's not a starving actor now. Maybe he's just enjoying life somewhere with out all the publicity, hope so!

well, from what I heard the taco bell chihuahua was actually several chihuahuas playing the same part (kinda like both the Olsen twins playing Michelle on Full House)...each dog was trained to do one thing and they photo shopped it to make all the dogs look exactly alike
the taco bell chihuahua is no longer on tv because taco bell no longer uses that advertisement...haven't you noticed that all fast food companies change their slogans every year or two? Like McDonald's used to be "did somebody say Mc Donalds?" Then it was "we love to see you smile" And now, I think it changed again...

It was really a female named Gidget. She is probably 17 or so now. Chihuahuas can live to be 20-25 yr old. They are one of the longest lived breeds. She wasn't a classic example of a chihuahua, but I loved her anyway,
