What can i not feed my puppy/dog?

before i get my dog i want to know what stuff i CANT FEED HIM
i no you cant feed then chocolate or grapes and raisins and apple seeds
what else

For one, do not get your pup or dog used to table food. If they get used to this, then they will more than likely be tempted to take food from a stranger, perhaps with the intention of poisioning the dog. DO NOT give them anything that grows under ground...example...peanuts, potatoes, etc. And no cheese either. The cheese causes a blockage that makes it VERY difficult for them to do the #2. The only reason I know these things, I was raised around dogs all my life and had to make many trips to the vet...shots, etc.

Actually, you CAN feed them chocolate, grapes, and raisins. My dog gets those on a fairly regular basis. But you CAN'T feed them antifreeze or broken glass.

chicken bones i know it sounds weird but the chicken bones are so small the dog can choke really easy.

You can feed them chocolate, although it's not good for them. It is considered lethal to them IF you feed them alot of it. I don't know about the grapes, raisins or apple seeds, never heard of that, but the vet told me to NEVER feed them onions.

If you want a healthy well balanced dog, then do not feed him people food. If you choose a good dog food, it will serve him well. Stay away from the bargain brands. You do get what you pay for.

onions are bad for dogs as well !! rawhide bones are not to good either !! they can choke on those , and you can also get salmonella , from those bones !!
