I have a Yorkie terrier and I just noticed it has little bumps right underneath his belly by his rear leg. I know the obvious is to take him to the vet which I will do tomorrow but mean while, does any one have any guess as to what this might be?

My schnauzer has had the same thing.When my vet and groomer seen the spots they told me it was just little bug bites from where he is running around in the grass.They said it was harmless and no need to worry.
fleas (beginning of mange)
It could be a simple skin tag or possibly just really small cysts. Two of my aunts dogs had things like what you describe on them and they turned out to be harmless skin tags.
