shes dry heaving and everything and has been throwing up every 5 minutes for the last 5 hours! HELP!

GO TO THE VET NOW!! She could have gotten ahold of something poisonous, the vet may need to pump her stomach. But the longer you wait the more poison will get into her system and she could possibly die. Good luck!!
if she's that sick she needs to go to a vet soon... she'll need to get some iv fluids in her right away so that she doesn't dehydrate and, i hate to say this.. but possibly die..
not to mention if she's that sick she might have eaten something poisonous... don't chance it... most vets have some way that you can pay them later... they don't want your doggie to suffer either

Was she vaccinated for parvo? You need to see a vet. Parvo kills in about 2-3 days.
Call the vet. but in the meantime - NO FOOD/WATER. Just like a human - I would try water after about an hour of no vomiting - ROOM TEMP. Cold water will cause them to vomit again - also a small amount. I would still make an appointment - it could also be a parasite. The vet can give them a shot to keep them from vomiting as well.
